Harper D. ★★★★★

I keep one of these at my desk and crank it up between meetings, and the jump from 11 lb to 30 lb is easy to dial in with one hand. The grip handle is comfortable enough that I can knock out a few sets while reading emails, and my forearms have stopped feeling weak on pull days.

Victoria T. ★★★★★

I've been using this grip trainer during work calls, and the adjustable resistance from 11lb down to 3lb makes it easy to progress without buying multiple tools. My forearm soreness has noticeably improved in just two weeks.

Chloe W. ★★★★☆

I was skeptical about the adjustable resistance, but turning the dial from 11 to 30 pounds really let me dial in the exact challenge I needed. It’s helped with my grip strength for rock climbing, though the plastic feels a bit lighter than I’d prefer. Still, a solid tool for the price.
